Project BudBurst at the Refuges

PBB At RefugesBudBurst at the Refuges is a partnership with the US Fish and Wildlife Service National Wildlife Refuge System. Changing climates could impact National Wildlife Refuges, some of our nation's most treasured natural resources. These public lands provide critical habitat for plants and animals. By working together, Project BudBurst participants, the National Wildlife Refuge System staff and volunteers, and the highly acclaimed Friends of the Refuges program are monitoring plant life cycles and learning how Refuge plants respond to changes in their environments.
