Notes
The lilac has all leaves unfolded. I do not observe the emergence of any flowers. That is strange. Other lilacs in the neighborhood have flowering. Possibly the lack of pollination or nutrient rich soil has caused the lilac to not flower. Although it is not flowering, it is growing out and filling the area it is planted in.
